Business Process & Policy Officer
Job Description :
Design the new policy and procedure according to organization changes
Review current policy and procedure to ensure the policy align with current condition of the organization
Modify current system and procedure by considering good internal monitoring aspect
Discuss and socialize the policy and procedure to business process owner
Conduct the compliance test and provide written report based on the compliance process to related units
Follow up the internal audit findings that related to revision of current policy and procedure
Perform FRM application testing that related to designed procedure to ensure the designed application suitable with the agreed procedure
Determine process improvement opportunities
Assist in consulting activities for other units in order to re-engineer and strengthen financial business processes
Provide materials & report summaries for discussion session on risks and recommendations
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in policy and procedure development, internal audit, compliance, or business process improvement.
Excellent analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities and assess policy compliance.
Willingness to learn and stay updated on organizational and regulatory changes.
