Business Process & Policy Officer

Job Description :

  • Design the new policy and procedure according to organization changes

  • Review current policy and procedure to ensure the policy align with current condition of the organization

  • Modify current system and procedure by considering good internal monitoring aspect

  • Discuss and socialize the policy and procedure to business process owner

  • Conduct the compliance test and provide written report based on the compliance process to related units

  • Follow up the internal audit findings that related to revision of current policy and procedure

  • Perform FRM application testing that related to designed procedure to ensure the designed application suitable with the agreed procedure

  • Determine process improvement opportunities

  • Assist in consulting activities for other units in order to re-engineer and strengthen financial business processes

  • Provide materials & report summaries for discussion session on risks and recommendations

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in policy and procedure development, internal audit, compliance, or business process improvement.

  • Excellent analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities and assess policy compliance.

  • Willingness to learn and stay updated on organizational and regulatory changes.
