Business Strategy

We are a UPartners, one of our sub holding is a fast-growing wellness & lifestyle group building multiple brands under one ecosystem. To sharpen our growth and scale efficiently, we are looking for a Business Strategy to join our leadership circle as a thinking partner. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in solving complex problems, structuring business decisions, and building decks that influence investors, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team in framing problems, structuring solutions, and making data-driven decisions.

• Develop business strategies, decks, and proposals for internal alignment, investors, and partners.

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on market trends, competitors, and operational data to support expansion decisions.

• Translate strategic insights into actionable roadmaps for business units (wellness, retail, distribution, etc.).

• Lead strategic initiatives and projects across multiple brands/subholdings.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and finance to ensure execution aligns with strategy.

• 2-5 years of experience in a top consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar).

• Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking skills.

• Proven ability to create high-quality decks and proposals for senior stakeholders.

• Strong business acumen and comfort working across industries (wellness, retail, lifestyle preferred but not required).

• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Highly adaptable, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
