Job Descriptions :

• Draft, review, and manage contracts from start to finish—including signing, filing, and proper documentation
• Prepare and review business quotations to ensure accuracy and alignment with internal policies
• Coordinate order flow and facilitate smooth internal communication across departments
• Perform credit checks and shipment approvals for customers to support risk-managed sales activities
• Review and maintain accurate records of customer invoicing details
• Set up and follow through on accounts receivable collection plans in collaboration with finance

Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• A detail-oriented, careful, and patient individual with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and comprehension skills—able to work cross-functionally and clarify details effectively.
• Fresh graduates
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint—able to present data and processes clearly.
• Good in English, preferably in Mandarin
