Bussiness Development Executive

  1. Business Development - Acquire new customers (retail, commercial, and corporate).

  2. Relationship Management - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to increase loyalty and cross-selling opportunities.

  3. Market Analysis - Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new business opportunities.

  4. Marketing Strategy - Develop and implement strategies to promote banking products (savings, deposits, loans, digital services, etc.).

  5. Target Achievement - Responsible for achieving sales and product portfolio targets set by the bank.

  6. Coordination - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and branch teams to support business strategies.

  7. Reporting - Prepare and present business development progress, pipeline, and achievement reports to management.

Authority
  • Propose strategies for acquiring new clients.

  • Recommend product or service development based on market needs.

  • Conduct initial negotiations with prospective clients within authority limits.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Economics, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in banking sales/marketing.

  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services.

  • Wide networking, excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
