Bussiness Development Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter with a passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the Bali business landscape, particularly in the tourism, hospitality, and event management sectors. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building and nurturing key partnerships, and driving revenue growth to expand our business across Bali.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, including potential new markets, target demographics, and service offerings.
Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners in the hospitality industry, event organizers, and corporate clients.
Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. This includes lead generation, preparing compelling proposals, and negotiating and closing deals.
Brand Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador for Bali Games Rental, representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase brand visibility.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop cohesive strategies for new product launches, promotions, and business development initiatives.
Performance Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and business growth metrics to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the events, hospitality, or entertainment industry in Bali.
Deep knowledge of the Bali tourism and business environment.
Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business development or sales-related role.
