About the role

This full-time Butler position at Mazari Villas in Bali offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional guest services within a prestigious hospitality setting. As a Butler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, satisfaction and delight of our discerning clientele, delivering a personalised and attentive service experience.

What youll be doing

  1. Anticipate and promptly address guests needs and requests

  2. Provide a high level of personalised service to each guest, anticipating their preferences and attending to all details

  3. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and ensure all amenities are well-stocked

  4. Liaise with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and ensure a seamless experience

  5. Handle guest enquiries, complaints and feedback with professionalism and discretion

  6. Assist with various administrative tasks as required

  7. Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures and safety standards

What were looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Butler or in a similar guest-facing hospitality role

  2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and personable demeanour

  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guests needs

  4. Excellent organisational and time management skills

  5. Fluency in English and ideally one or more additional languages

  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

  7. Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business
