Responsible for maximizing the value of cash management products through designing, developing, and enhancing product features and processes (including systems) in alignment with customer needs and the Bank’s strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop innovative ideas to build a comprehensive cash product ecosystem that meets customer demands and business requirements.
• Design appropriate cash product business models in alignment with offerings from correspondent banks and market practices.
• Identify, analyze, and benchmark cash product features available in the market, including competitor offerings.

Business Performance & Product Management

• Drive cash product performance to generate fee-based income and support customer portfolio growth.
• Monitor product utilization and profitability to ensure optimal return on investment.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including development, enhancement, and discontinuation where necessary.
• Ensure proper socialization and communication of cash products and processes to all relevant internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all cash products and services function effectively and deliver optimal value to clients.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of product implementation and systems, and propose necessary improvements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (such as IT, Operations, Sales, and Risk) to ensure seamless product development and execution.
• Enhance user knowledge and capability through regular training sessions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support to internal users on daily matters related to cash products and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Transaction Banking, Cash Management Product, or related area.
• Strong understanding of cash management products (e.g., payment, collection, liquidity management, virtual account, host-to-host).
• Experience in product development, product lifecycle management, or process improvement is highly preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into product solutions.
