SYARAT

1. Pendidikan Minimal SMK/SMA Sederajat diutamakan (Perhotelan, Jasaboga)

2. Berpengalaman Minimal 1 Tahun pada posisi yang sama dibidang FNB

3. Bersedia bekerja Shift (Fulltime)

4. Dapat mengoperasikan sistem kasir POS

5. Dapat melakukan Upselling, Cross Selling ataupun Suggestive Selling

6. Dapat bekerjasama dan berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam tim

7. Lokasi penempatan : Specialtea, Bogor.

URAIAN PEKERJAAN

1. Melayani transaksi pembayaran dengan tunai, kartu debit/kredit, atau dompet digital

2. Menyapa pelanggan dengan ramah dan profesional

3. Membantu pelanggan dengan informasi terkait menu, promosi, atau program loyalty

4. Mengelola kas masuk dan keluar serta membuat laporan kas setiap akhir shift

5. Menangani komplain pelanggan secara cepat dan professional
