Job Title: Cashier

Department: Front of House

Location: Milk & Madu Uluwatu

Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Supervisor

Job Summary:

As a Cashier at Milk and Madu Group, you will be responsible for delivering a smooth and friendly transaction process, handling payments accurately, and providing excellent customer service at the point of sale. You play a key role in creating a positive first and last impression for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers in a warm and friendly manner.

• Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.

• Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers as required.

• Ensure that the cash register is balanced at the beginning and end of shifts.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.

• Assist in promoting in-store items and up-selling when appropriate.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any billing-related concerns.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and floor teams to ensure smooth service.

• Follow all company policies and procedures, especially regarding cash handling and financial transactions.

• Support other team members and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.

• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
