PT PMA Flying Bison Appa is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer with a strong background in land disputes, cadastral matters, and administrative processes involving BPN.

This role is for a highly capable legal professional who is comfortable managing complex land cases involving civil litigation, land measurement disputes, and administrative reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead civil litigation related to land and property disputes in Indonesian courts

• Manage and challenge land measurement processes with BPN

• Coordinate independent surveyors and technical land assessments

• Conduct witness interviews and secure sworn statements

• Prepare and submit administrative complaints and reviews involving land registration issues

• Develop and execute litigation strategy from pre-litigation investigation through court decision

• Work with contractors, village officials, and local stakeholders as part of evidence development

• Maintain strong documentation and evidence control throughout proceedings

Required Experience

• Licensed Indonesian Advocate (Advokat)

• Minimum 7–10 years litigation experience

• Proven experience handling land disputes and cadastral matters

• Strong working knowledge of procedures at BPN (Badan Pertanahan Nasional)

• Experience coordinating land re-measurements and boundary verification processes

• Ability to conduct thorough evidence and witness preparation

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency preferred)
