Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in surveillance or security products, with a solid understanding of the local market. This role is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the Indonesian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell CCTV, NVR/DVR, IP cameras, and integrated surveillance solutions to business clients and system integrators.

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, resellers, and corporate accounts.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to clients.

  • Work closely with technical and marketing teams to provide end-to-end support to customers.

  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential clients and monitor competitor activities.

  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and tenders.

  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, roadshows, and customer visits.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales support and relationship management.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in surveillance, electronics, or technology-related products.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian CCTV/surveillance market and customer base.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; good command of English is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.

  • Able to work independently and travel when needed.

Preferred:
  • Experience selling products such as Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, TP-LINK or similar brands.

  • Familiarity with tender processes, distributor models, and project-based sales.

  • Background in working with government, enterprise, or construction sector clients is an advantage.
