About Us:

We are looking for an Chef de Partie to support the pre-opening launch of Ibu Kota, our newest restaurant concept on Nelayan Street, Canggu, showcasing the rich flavors and culinary heritage of Indonesia. We are currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our growing kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the CDP and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations

• Prepare ingredients, handle basic cooking tasks, and ensure mise en place is ready for service

• Follow recipes and plating guidelines with consistency and care

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in your section

• Learn and grow within the kitchen team, taking on new responsibilities when required

• Uphold safety and sanitation standards throughout your shift

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen

• Passionate about cooking and eager to develop culinary skills

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety

• Familiar with Western cuisine; experience with pizza or smoked meats is a plus

• Able to follow instructions, work neatly, and remain focused under pressure

• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn
