Adecco Indonesia is supporting our client for a Chief Financial Officer. Our client is a local business group, seeking an experienced and commercially astute finance executive to assume full strategic leadership of the organization's financial function. This encompasses enterprise-wide financial planning, capital and treasury oversight, risk governance, and business performance analytics. The role holder will serve as a key strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring the organization's financial health and long-term sustainability. This role will be placed in Palembang, South Sumatra.

Key Responsibilitie

• sSpearhead the organization's financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management frameworks to support long-term business growth
• .Maintain oversight of treasury operations, statutory reporting, internal controls, compliance, and risk management to ensure integrity and regulatory adherence
• .Produce strategic financial analysis and actionable insights for Board and executive decision-making on major business matters
• .Manage liquidity, capital alLokasi, financing structures, banking relationships, and investment activities to maximize financial efficiency
• .Drive a culture of strong governance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while cultivating a capable and high-performing finance organization

Qualifications & Experien

• ceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; postgraduate qualification (MBA) and/or professional certification (CPA, CA, ACCA, CFA) is advantageou
• s.5–10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, treasury, audit, or corporate finance, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacit
• y.Deep knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, corporate finance, risk management, internal controls, and financial reportin
• g.Proven track record of leading large finance teams, managing board-level stakeholder relationships, and enabling strategic business growt
• h.Outstanding leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making capabilities with demonstrated influence at the executive leve
