Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all cinema operational activities to ensure seamless daily operations and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and approve crew schedules proposed by the Manager on Duty, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational requirements.
Develop operational timelines and provide the necessary support to meet business targets.
Monitor and evaluate operational performance, prepare accurate and timely reports.
Uphold and enforce safety standards across all operational areas in compliance with company policies.
Coordinate and implement in-cinema promotions, marketing campaigns, and special events.
Set performance targets and assist in the preparation of operational budgets for the cinema.
Ensure all cinema facilities — including the lobby, auditoriums, restrooms, and offices — are clean, well-maintained, and meet regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university, majoring in Business Administration / Marketing / Hotel & Tourism / Management / Accounting.
Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or quick-service restaurant management is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in leading large teams of more than 10 members within a complex and dynamic operational environment.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in fast-changing situations.
Good understanding and practical knowledge of Profit & Loss (P&L) management.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
Good proficiency in English — both written and spoken.
