Civil Engineering

General Qualification:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in hospitality or villa operations

• Strong knowledge of building structures, plumbing, painting, masonry, and basic carpentry

• Familiar with maintenance tools, safety standards, and construction materials

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor conditions

• Good attitude, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends or public holidays if needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on villa infrastructure (walls, roofs, plumbing, etc.)

• Handle repairs related to plumbing, masonry, painting, and minor construction works

• Ensure all maintenance work meets safety and quality standards

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments or villa guests

• Maintain records of work performed and materials used

• Coordinate with contractors or vendors for specialized repair work when needed

• Report any major structural issues or hazards to the Engineering Supervisor or Management

• Support preventive maintenance programs to reduce long-term repair costs
