Job Description:

• Conduct comprehensive investigation, present validity of data investigation result and reporting to management

• As an investigator, it is necessary good communication skills, analytical thinking, problem solving and continue to improve

• Experience in Investigation field for at least 3 years in Insurance company ( Minor and Major Claim )
• Willing to conduct investigations in remote areas
• Having experience as a claims analyst is preferred
• Have expertise in data reporting
• Medical background has added value

• Conduct on desk and on site investigation
• Analytical and present investigation data result
• Minimal Pending Case andrRegularly follow up to comply with TAT investigation
• Collaboration with related department such as legal, compliance etc.
• Accompany litigation case
