Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to meet the company's target of AUM within one year.
2. Build and maintain a robust network of potential clients, institutions & APERD, and other key stakeholders in the capital market.
3. Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent client growth.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, enhancing the company's brand presence in the market.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor investment solutions to client needs, ensuring alignment with the company's investment strategy.
6. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to effectively position the company's offerings.
7. Prepare and present investment solutions to potential clients, emphasizing the company's strengths in risk management, corporate governance, and long-term growth strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree (S-1) in any major.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development within the asset management, banking, or insurance sectors.
3. Active WPPE or WAPERD license from OJK is mandatory.
4. Extensive network with Aperd and institutional clients in the capital markets.
5. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
