Job Responsibilities:

• Business Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities through comprehensive market research, partnering with the sales team to expand the client portfolio and achieve revenue targets.
• Lead Qualification: Evaluate and filter prospective client profiles against key business criteria to ensure strong strategic alignment.
• Client Onboarding: Collaborate with the Client Success Coordinator to seamlessly onboard new clients, ensuring optimal product adoption and strategic value.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to propose strategic business growth and product enhancements.
• Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze key client success metrics, generating performance reports for management to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Success roles.
• Languages: Professional fluency in English.
• Technical & Soft Skills: Strong data analysis, market research, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
