Club Server

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Club Server to join our dynamic team at Shishi izakaya lounge & Nightclub Bali in Badung Bali. As a Club Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time position within our vibrant hospitality establishment.

What youll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Taking orders and providing recommendations on menu items and cocktails
• Serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Handling cash and processing payments accurately
• Assisting with set-up and breakdown of the dining area
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure guest satisfaction
• Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What were looking for

• Previous experience as a server or bartender in a high-volume hospitality setting, preferably in a nightclub or lounge environment
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, as this role may include evenings, weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food and beverage products, as well as basic bartending skills
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia an advantage
