About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Sany Perkasa as a Collections professional. Working in our South Jakarta Jakarta office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our business. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, implementing effective strategies to recover unpaid debts, and working closely with customers to find mutually agreeable solutions.

What youll be doing

• Contacting customers with overdue accounts to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances

• Analysing customer information and payment histories to develop tailored collection strategies

• Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and collection activities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address root causes of delinquencies

• Implementing collection policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations

• Providing regular reporting and insights to management on the performance of the collections function

What were looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a Collections or Credit Management role, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find mutually beneficial solutions for customers and the company

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively interact with customers

• Proficient in data analysis and using CRM systems to track and report on collection activities

• A customer-centric mindset and commitment to delivering a high level of service

• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the Credit and Collections industry
