Responsibilities

• Run and manage the contract management system (IKARUS).
• Maintain and update the commercial database and sales pipeline.
• Monitor, track, and reconcile marketing communication (marcomm) activities in line with the approved budget.
• Reconcile and report on commercial expense budgets.
• Support account management activities and client coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the aviation industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Well-groomed with excellent communication skills.
• A people person and team player is a plus.
• Experience in using Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
