The Community Admin will be responsible for supporting administrative processes and smooth coordination within #YOTGenerasiSehat community. This role combines organizational skills, detail orientation, and strong communication to assist in onboarding new agents, coordinating exams, and facilitating training on application usage, while ensuring an active and supportive environment for all members.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Management, Administration or a related field.
Min. 1-2 years of proven experience in insurance and administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media.
Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
Highly motivated, strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Enthusiastic about youth empowerment and aligned with YOTs vision and values.
Based in Jabodetabek.
