Community Specialist
As a Community Specialist you are responsible to:
Act as guests primary point of contact, addressing concerns and enhancing their overall experience.
Organize community events, networking sessions, and social gatherings to foster engagement.
Engage with the community across social media platforms, responding to comments and messages.
Collaborate with local businesses and brands to create community-driven initiatives.
Collect and analyze guest feedback to improve overall experiences.
Ensure all communications align with the brand voice and values, building a strong community culture.
Address community issues professionally, maintaining a positive brand image.
Community Specialist Skills & Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience in event planning and execution.
Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
Passion for guest experience and engagement.
Preferred hospitality, coworking spaces, or tourism background.
