Compensation and Benefits Manager
Key Responsibilites
Develop fair and competitive compensation and benefits policies.
Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking against industry standards.
Manage and oversee payroll processes and employee benefits such as BPJS, insurance, allowances, etc.
Collaborate with the HR team to support employee retention and motivation strategies through reward programs.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor and tax regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation & benefits, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial position.
In-depth understanding of payroll systems, compensation structures, labor regulations, and income tax.
Strong skills in salary data analysis, job evaluation, and industry benchmarking.
Experience in vendor management and proficiency in using HRIS systems.
Knowledge of BPJS, PPh 21, and other employee welfare programs.
