Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency - Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.目前，我们正在中爪哇省的朋乐浪县建立一家新工厂，该工厂从事运动鞋行业。

Compensation & Benefits HR

•     Working hour setting on HRIS, attendance report and actual overtime control

•     Salary structure settings, on-time payment for salary, THR and pay slip distribution

•     Develop and execute company C&B policies and procedures

•     Employee Tax, Health and Social Insurance check and payment /edabu and SIPP system

•     Work accident claim and administration

•     Handle Nike SPM Enablon: HRM KPI, Workforce KPI, Compensation and benefit

•     Exit employee report, turnover analysis and retention action

•     Manpower report to government

Job Requirements: 工作要求:

• Candidate must a University Degree,候选人必须拥有大学学位。

• Must have English skill & Mandarin both oral and written,必须具备英语和普通话的听说读写能力。

• Must have skills and experience with Microsoft Office,必须具备使用微软办公软件的技能和经验。

• Detail-oriented, honest and disciplined,注重细节、诚实且自律

• Collaborate with other functions, such as Technical Service, Operation, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure the smooth supply to customers,与技术服务、运营、供应链和财务等其他部门合作，以确保向客户平稳供应。

• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability,强大的人际交往能力和适应能力

• Willing to work in Pemalang and training in Solo - Central Java,愿意在中爪哇省的佩马朗工作，并在梭罗接受培训。

• Fresh Graduated are welcome.欢迎应届毕业生。
