As a Compliance Intern, you'll support our SAMIR Compliance team in daily compliance operations by assisting with regulatory research, documentation, reporting, and compliance administration. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with regulations and documentation, and is eager to learn how compliance supports the fintech lending industry.

Job Descriptions :

• Assist in monitoring regulatory compliance related to fintech lending and applicable OJK regulations
• Support periodic reviews of internal Standard Operating Procedurs (SOPs) to ensure regulatory compliance
• Conduct regulatory research on the latest laws, regulations, and industry associations
• Support legal documentation, corporate filling, and compliance administration
• Organize and maintain compliance documents and records
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and documents for external meetings or regulatory events
• Perform other administrative tasks related to the Compliance Department

Job Qualifications :

• Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Law, Bussiness Management, or a related field.
• Minimun cumulative GPA of 3.50
• Strong interest in compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, or corporate governance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Canva
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and filling skills
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced fintech movement
• Available to commit to the intership period
