Compliance Underwriter

PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia is opening for full time position.

Position: Compliance Underwriter - Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia (CU-CSA) (Supporting Brokerage Division)

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure compliance with OJK, SRO, and other capital market regulations. • Review and assess underwriting transactions in accordance with applicable rules. • Prepare and maintain compliance reports and documentation related to underwriting and brokerage activities. • Support the Brokerage Division in monitoring daily operations to ensure regulatory compliance. • Liaise with regulators and internal teams for audits, inspections, and reporting. • Assist in drafting and reviewing company policies, SOPs, and internal controls.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelors degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or related field. • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in compliance, underwriting, or brokerage (capital  market industry preferred). • Strong knowledge of OJK and IDX regulations. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
