Student Academic Data:• Gather information related to student academic data (i.e., NR Students)• Keep track of student study period and its progress• Calculate and update of NR students status• Maintain and update data related to student academic status• Arrange and invite students for academic status data information (i.e., end of study period, NR status)Student Academic Data Documents:• Prepare all necessary documents for students related to academic status information• Distribute student academic status information (e.g. NR documents, study progress)• Receive and check document completeness student academic status update• Maintain and update records and documentation related to student academic status dataManagement Support Activities:• Provide Report to direct Supervisor• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)• Perform activities related to Quality Management System• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct SupervisorEducation Requirement:•Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester)Work Exposure/ Experience:•No working experience
