Our platform gives creators an entire production team in a single workflow, generating ideas, scripts, visuals, voice, and music, then letting them fine-tune pacing, segments, and transitions before publishing directly. Backed by a recent $5M seed round, we're a small, fast-moving team turning a proprietary production engine into the easiest way to make long-form video.

Role Description

This role is responsible for the content strategy and lifecycle at ByThen; from creative ideation, production coordination, distribution and performance analysis. You will develop strategy, concepts and creative storylines that drive ByThen's content output, stay close to emerging trends and cultural conversations to keep ideas sharp and relevant for target audience, manage channels where content is published, and use performance data to improve the Berikut. round of ideas in line with marketing and communication objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop content strategy and calendar planning aligned with marketing and communications objectives
• Ideate and develop compelling storylines concept for ByThen’s creative marketing content and product-focused content to showcase platform capabilities through storytelling
• Manage and oversee social channels, track performance metrics and maintain strong awareness of emerging trends and cultural conversations to identify improvement and relevant opportunities for content strategy, ideation and distribution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Studio, Product and external collaborators for content production
• Contribute to marketing go-to-market strategy and campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in content strategy, social media management, or brand communications, preferably in a tech startup or digital-native environment. 
• Experience in creative writing or scriptwritting is a plus. 
• Experienced in content calendar planning and growing social media platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, Tiktok, LinkedIn).
• Creative storytelling content ideation and visual sensibility.
• Awareness to latest cultural trend and data-driven mindset to translate insights into creative content decisions.
• Ability in cross-functional collaboration especially with creative and studio team.
• Familiarity with AI content tools is a plus.
• Proficient written and verbal communication in English.
• Portfolio or examples of content strategy work may be submitted.
