Contract Manufacturing Partnership Manager

• Build and maintain a strong network of Contract Manufacturing Partnership Manager that align with YAVAs quality and innovation standards

• Ensure partners have the technical capabilities to scale YAVAs unique products

 Project Management

• Manage timelines from formulation to commercial production

• Drive expansion of existing products by identifying new or better-fit partners

• Ensure project milestones are achieved on time by collaborating closely with internal teams

 Commercial Negotiations & Contracting

• Lead pricing, MOQ, lead time, and service term negotiations

• Finalize contracts that support YAVAs business and compliance requirements

 Quality & Regulatory Compliance

• Collaborate with QA to ensure manufacturing partners meet food safety and regulatory standards (BPOM MD, HACCP, BRC, etc.)

• Support audits and ensure traceability and consistent product quality

Cost Control & Performance Monitoring

• Manage production costs to meet target COGS

• Regularly assess partner performance on quality, delivery, flexibility, and innovation

• Bachelors degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Contract Manufacturing Partnership Manager (preferably in F&B)

• Strong technical understanding of food processing and packaging

• Proven ability to manage external manufacturing partners and drive end-to-end project execution

• Existing network of manufacturing partners in Indonesia is a strong advantage

• Excellent negotiation, coordination, and communication skills

• Willing to travel frequently for site visits and follow-ups (1x/month to Bali)
