Suarga Sustainable Boutique Resort - where nature, luxury, and sustainability come together - is looking for a passionate and dedicated Cold Cook to join our culinary team.

🔪 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present cold dishes such as salads, appetizers, cold cuts, and dressings according to our quality standards.

• Ensure freshness of ingredients and cleanliness of the workstation.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver dishes with excellent taste and presentation.

• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

• Support our sustainability values in all kitchen processes.

👨‍🍳 Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Knowledge of basic cold kitchen techniques.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and disciplined.

• Able to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment.

• A genuine interest in sustainable practices is a strong advantage.
