Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Cook at Selah Ristorante. This Role will be responsible for making product according to SOP and assisting sous Chef in the kitchen.

Qualification:

- Min. 1 Years Experience in the same position in Western Restaurant

- Able to work both in teams and individually

-Experience or Familiar in cooking Italian Cuisine

- Discipline in time- Able to follow rules and regulation

- Able to follow recipe given down to the details

- Willing to cook with pork and alcohol

-Well groomed (according to hotel and restaurant standards)

- Able to work in shift, weekends, and public holidays

Responsibilities:

- Create product according to Standart Recipe

- Opening and Closing Kitchen

- Monthly Inventory

- Ensuring the station or Kitchen area cleanliness

- Ensuring the kitchen are fully stock and ready for operation

- Assisting in training subordinate

- Assisting in making sure subordinate are following the companys SOP

Job Type: Full-time

Education:

• SMA/SMU/SMK (Preferred)

Experience:

• Cooking Italian cuisine: 1 year (Required)
