• To prepare high quality dishes according to the restaurants menu and standards.
• Ensure that ingredients and final products are fresh, flavorful and meets quality expectations.
• Work efficiently under pressure to deliver high-quality food during busy service periods.
• Follow kitchen procedures to ensure smooth and organized service.
• Monitor ingredient freshness, stock levels, and assist in ordering supplies.
• Ensure correct food storage and labeling.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations (HACCP knowledge).
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in the kitchen.
• Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment.
