About the Role:The Onboarding Corporate role is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new corporate clients. You will design and implement operational workflows tailored to each client, coordinate with internal teams, and manage project budgets. This role plays a key part in ensuring that new clients are integrated into the company's operational system seamlessly and in a cost-effective manner. You'll work closely with various teams to monitor performance, address any issues, and drive continuous improvements during the first three months of onboarding.
Job Description:Design and establish the most efficient operational flows for new corporate clients.
Coordinate with internal operational teams, including public hub, COT feeders, and gateways.
Prepare and manage cost budgets for each onboarding project, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Monitor and evaluate client onboarding processes over a three-month period.
Ensure client operations meet predefined service level agreements (SLA ≥ 95%).
Track actual project spending vs. budget to keep the variance under 10%.
Support business development efforts by successfully onboarding mid-to-high category users/sellers.
Provide periodic updates and reports on onboarding progress and outcomes.
Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in any major.
Solid understanding of logistics operations, especially related to public hubs, feeder networks (COT, gateways), and delivery workflows.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and budget monitoring.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
Responsive and proactive in handling operational issues and customer needs.
