Corporate Sales Executive

Position Overview:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to understand and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Present and promote products/services to customers in line with company standards.

  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify sales trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Attend meetings, exhibitions, or events to represent the company and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and CRM tools.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
