Job Summary:The Cost Control is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling all operational costs to ensure financial efficiency and compliance with Perusahaan policies. This role plays a critical part in supporting management decisions through accurate cost reporting, inventory control, and internal cost optimization within a four-star hotel environment.

Qualifications:

• Male / Female
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting
• Maximum age of 30 years old
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Cost Control in a four-star hotel or equivalent hospitality environment
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in financial data handling
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control daily operational costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets
• Review and verify purchase orders, goods receiving, and supplier invoices in accordance with Perusahaan policies
• Conduct regular inventory checks for food, beverage, and operational supplies
• Analyze cost variances and prepare cost reports for management review
• Ensure proper implementation of cost control procedures and internal controls
• Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Finance, Warehouse, and Operational Departments
• Support cost efficiency initiatives without compromising service quality

Required Competencies:

• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good understanding of hotel operational flow and cost structure
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• High level of integrity, discipline, and confidentiality
• Strong communication and coordination skills
