We are seeking a Creative Marketing & Sales staff member who is passionate about local fashion, highly creative, and capable of blending marketing strategies with sales execution. The ideal candidate is independent, analytical, and skilled in engaging communication that connects with our audience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or related roles.

• Strong fashion sense and understanding of the local fashion industry.

• Skilled in creative copywriting for branding and promotions.

• Ability to design and implement marketing plans and strategies.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales and advertising reports.

• Knowledgeable about current trends and able to filter whats relevant for the brand.

• Strong relationship management and consumer follow-up skills.

• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken & written).

• Independent and capable of working mobile in a hybrid setup.

• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.

• Create and manage content plans across digital platforms.

• Write engaging copywriting for ads, social media, and promotional materials.

• Analyze ad performance, sales reports, and provide actionable insights.

• Maintain strong communication and follow up with customers to enhance loyalty.

• Identify, evaluate, and implement relevant fashion and digital trends.

• Collaborate with internal teams (PR, partnerships, design, creative) for cohesive strategies.

• Manage relationships with external partners and communities.

• Support brand campaigns, events, and activations.
