Key Responsibilities

As Creative Studio Manager, you will:

• Develop creative assets including graphics, videos, social media content, email creatives, and website visuals that support marketing initiatives
• Manage the end-to-end creative production process, from ideation and planning to final delivery
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure creative outputs support campaign objectives
• Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and consultants to align creative direction and project timelines
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and refine creative materials to improve engagement and performance
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets and marketing platforms
• Identify opportunities to optimize creative workflows and improve collaboration between teams and external partners

Requirements

• We are looking for someone who:
• Has 3–5 years of experience in creative production, creative project management, or studio management
• Possesses strong skills in visual storytelling and digital content creation
• Has experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
• Demonstrates excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Is highly organized with strong attention to detail and workflow management
• Understands branding, digital marketing, and content strategy
• Is comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external creative partners
• Communicates confidently in English
