PEMBUATAN INVOICE UNTUK TRANSAKSI RETAIL

• Membuat invoice/tagihan & memeriksa kelengkapan dokumen2 penyertanya
• Mencatat pengeluaran invoice
• Meneruskan ke Collector untuk dikirimkan

PEMERIKSAAN UANG MASUK

• Memeriksa uang masuk ke Bank
• Mengirimkan Delivery Notes kepada pelanggan berdasarkan rekomendasi Credit Collection Staff / Analyst
• Menginput semua data-data pembayaran yang diterima sesuai dengan Bank masing-masing

MENINDAKLANJUTI TAGIHAN

• Memeriksa & menindaklanjuti status A/R
• Meminta Collector untuk mengambil tagihan A/R yang sudah jatuh tempo.
