PENGIRIMAN INVOICE UNTUK PELANGGAN

Mengirimkan tagihan kepada pelanggan, baik melalui collector maupun ekspedisi

PEMERIKSAAN UANG MASUK

• Memeriksa uang masuk ke Bank
• Memproses Delivery Notes untuk pelanggan di area tanggung jawabnya sesuai prosedur
• Menginput semua data-data pembayaran yang diterima sesuai dengan Bank masing-masing

MENINDAKLANJUTI TAGIHAN

• Memeriksa & menindaklanjuti status A/R
• Meminta Collector untuk mengambil tagihan A/R yang sudah jatuh tempo.
• Membuat laporan piutang untuk pelanggan

PENGAWASAN PEMBAYARAN

• Melakukan pengawasan terhadap realisasi pembayaran
• Membuat surat peringatan A/R tertunggak
• Membuat laporan A/R tertunggak
