Lead a team of credit analysts in assessing and recommending the creditworthiness of potential clients. Guide a team of credit analysts in conducting comprehensive analyses of financial and business conditions, including evaluating ratios, trends, cash flow, business capacity, and collateral. This position will be instrumental in shaping lending decisions, risk management strategies, and portfolio quality.

• Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team capabilities
• Oversee the assessment of potential clients' creditworthiness, considering financial condition, credit history, industry trends, and other relevant factors.
• Utilize the insights derived from thorough analysis to make informed lending decisions that align with risk tolerance and business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure credit proposals are meticulously evaluated, supporting sound credit approval processes
• Monitor and evaluate credit portfolio health, identifying risks and opportunities for optimization.
• Propose adjustments to credit limits, terms, and conditions to maintain a balanced and profitable portfolio.
• Continuously enhance credit assessment processes, underwriting procedures, and risk management protocols to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure the team adheres to credit policies that align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Present credit analysis findings and recommendations effectively to senior leadership and relevant parties

• Minimum experience with 3 years of experience in credit analysis within the banking sector
• Profound understanding of financial statement analysis, credit risk evaluation methodologies, and lending regulations.
• Experience handle corporate proposal and syndication
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and a track record of making sound credit decisions
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
