Contract

Job Summary :

Responsible for delivering efficient HR operational support to employees and management within Offshore Project outsourcing business unit. This includes managing end-to-end HR administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Administration

• Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, transfers, contract management, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, databases, and HR information systems.
• Prepare employment letters, confirmations, and related HR documentation.

2. Payroll & Benefits

• Coordinate monthly payroll processing in collaboration with Finance and client representatives.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of allowances, and deductions.
• Administer employee benefits.

3. Employee Relations & Support

• Serve as the Pertama point of contact for employee HR queries and concerns.
• Support grievance handling and disciplinary actions in line with Perusahaan policies.
• Foster employee engagement through HR communication and well-being programs.

4. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure HR processes comply with local labor laws, Perusahaan policies, and client contractual obligations.
• Support audits and provide HR-related reports and metrics to management and clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all HR operations activities.

5. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with client HR/operations teams to align HR support with project requirements.
• Support mobilization/demobilization of manpower for Offshore project sites.
• Participate in client reviews and provide HR performance updates.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in an outsourcing or oil & gas / Offshore industry environment.
• Familiar with manpower supply operations and client-based HR management.
• Strong knowledge of local labor regulations and HR compliance standards.
• Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and payroll systems.
