CRM Workforce Management Intern
Collecting and reporting various metrics and documents to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.
Gathering and tracking capacity data from all Team Leaders to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Reporting on TSO attrition and analyzing trends to identify areas for improvement.
Monitoring and reporting on Team Leader and Dialer overtime to maintain efficiency and manage costs.
Handling all TSOs-related documentation, ensuring the timely distribution of essential items like insurance cards and reference letters.
Managing and assigning JIRA tickets for Team Leader and TSO requests, such as leave requests, terminations, and other administrative matters.
Monitoring and recording TSO attendance to maintain accurate records.
Planning and organizing TSO working schedules to ensure operational consistency.
Requirement:
Final year students from any major.
Have Microsoft Office skills (Excel is preferred)
Willing to learn new things.
Good verbal & nonverbal communication skills in English and Bahasa
Critical, creative, and analytical thinking
Can adapt to a fast and dynamic environment.
