About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented CS & Sales Support (Overseas) professional to join our logistics team. This role will support the end-to-end coordination of Sea Freight and Airfreight shipments, ensuring smooth communication between agents, carriers, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What youll be doing

  • Prepare and follow up quotation of export and import, sea freight and air freight on behalf of field sales and overseas agent.

  • Build relationship with sleeping customers, new customers and alliance member (JCtrans, IFLN).

  • Communicated with overseas agents, vendors, shipping lines, and airlines to negotiate and secure competitive rates.

  • Support analysts the price to customer.

  • Follow up shipper who have nomination shipment for give us freehand shipment.

  • Make bookings and confirm cargo space with airlines, shipping lines, and co-loaders.

  • Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to agents & team.

  • Assisted in generating sales reports and tracking performance metrics for management review.

What were looking for

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Management, International Business, or related fields, preferably in Logistics.

  • Have experienced in Sales Support with established connections to shipping lines, carriers, and agents at least 1-2 years is a must.

  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.

  • Ready to be placed at South Jakarta office.
