What is Bob Junior Program:3-month program where you will be involved in a real work experience via Bob Junior Program, mentored by a well-versed professional in their expertise.

  • The internship period is between 25 Aug - 25 Nov (3 months)
  • You will receive a stipend of IDR 1,500,000 per month
  • Real life project to add to your professional portfolio

What you will do:

  • Collect and compile guest feedback data from OTA and Hotel Review Platforms
  • Gather and organize internal feedback metrics such as NPS and CSAT
  • Analyze trends and patterns in guest feedback, and summarize key insights
  • Provide suggestions or improvement points based on findings
  • Assist in refining and updating FAQs or help center articles based on recurring guest concerns
  • Support additional projects or tasks assigned by mentor or manager

You will fit in this job if you:

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Communication, Business, or related fields
  • Strong interest in customer-facing roles, hospitality industry, and guest experience
  • Critical thinker with good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Clear communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for organizing and analyzing data; basic formula knowledge is a plus
  • Professional and discreet when handling sensitive or guest-related information
  • Tools/Software Access : Google Workspace, Extranet (limited access)
