Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and analyze customer experiences across various online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.
  • Conduct research to identify and segment customer profiles.
  • Proactively address customer needs to ensure positive experiences.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring smooth communication and ongoing support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Proactively work to prevent account terminations by addressing concerns and providing solutions.
  • Maintain and update the existing customer database.
  • Conduct surveys to collect feedback from customers and develop actionable plans based on results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements based on customer insights.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer experience or related roles.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in handling customer communication through multiple platforms.
  • Ability to effectively connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer service.
  • Having a valid drivers license (SIM A & SIM C).
  • Experience in the ISP, telecommunications, and IT industries is an advantage.
  • Willing to be placed in West Jakarta
