Customer Service (E-Commerce)
Job Description:
• Able to answer customer questions in a timely manner
• Assist with customer complaints flexibly
• Resolve customer difficulties
• Assist in sorting customer complaint data
• Develop relevant SOPs
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or Diploma
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Priority will be given to those who have worked in customer service for e-commerce merchants or product brands such as Shopee/Tiktok/Lazada, etc.
• Fluent in English
