Customer Service
Responsibilities:
Handle general inquiries from customer and help with reservations
Respond to inbound phone and email from customers
Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on transactions
Liaise with internal units to ensure that transactions are settled promptly and accurately
Identify and fulfill customers need appropriately
Provide support to processing team
Effectively answer customers transaction enquiries as well as take ownership to resolve customer issues
Record all customer interaction in our Customer Relationship Management System.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Pleasant voice tone and pitch
Customer Services / Call Center experience is an advantage
Candidate who can start Immediately advantage
Applicants must be willing to work in Long Hours
Willing to work over time to finish deadlines
Able to work in a team & under pressure
