Customer service

Job description:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, product offers, complaints, reminder & upselling via WhatsApp, email, Instagram DM, and other platforms in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. 

  • Achieve standard time to respond maximum of 10 mins 

  • Handle complaints or issues with empathy and problem-solving skills, ensuring high customer satisfaction. 

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer follow-ups, feedback, and experience improvements

  • Coordinate B2C & B2B orders from confirmation to delivery, including liaising with packing and delivery teams. 

  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of customer orders—especially for Farm Boxes, Cold-pressed Juice, and event-related sales. 

  • Maintain and update customer databases and order records. 

  • Track feedback and identify trends or recurring issues to help improve products and services. 

  • Assist in building stronger relationships with regular customers and loyal partners

  • Support the marketing team in customer-related campaigns or activations 

  • Help prepare replies or FAQs for social campaigns or seasonal sales.

  • Issuing Direct Invoice after Sales Transaction 

  • Reporting:Daily & Monthly to Company group, by email , to coordinate about result, concerns, to Employer 

  • Work with target given by relevant manager 

  • Coordinate orders fulfillment with Production team
