Job description:
Respond to customer inquiries, product offers, complaints, reminder & upselling via WhatsApp, email, Instagram DM, and other platforms in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
Achieve standard time to respond maximum of 10 mins
Handle complaints or issues with empathy and problem-solving skills, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Act as the main point of contact for customer follow-ups, feedback, and experience improvements
Coordinate B2C & B2B orders from confirmation to delivery, including liaising with packing and delivery teams.
Ensure accurate and timely handling of customer orders—especially for Farm Boxes, Cold-pressed Juice, and event-related sales.
Maintain and update customer databases and order records.
Track feedback and identify trends or recurring issues to help improve products and services.
Assist in building stronger relationships with regular customers and loyal partners
Support the marketing team in customer-related campaigns or activations
Help prepare replies or FAQs for social campaigns or seasonal sales.
Issuing Direct Invoice after Sales Transaction
Reporting:Daily & Monthly to Company group, by email , to coordinate about result, concerns, to Employer
Work with target given by relevant manager
Coordinate orders fulfillment with Production team
