Responsibilities / Tanggung Jawab:

  • Respond to customer chats from Shopee & TikTok Shop(Membalas chat customer dari Shopee & TikTok Shop)

  • Arrange delivery schedules and print shipping labels(Mengatur jadwal pengiriman dan mencetak label pengiriman)

  • Manage returned items and prepare return reports(Mengelola barang retur dan membuat laporan retur)

  • Summarize customer feedback and product reviews(Membuat ringkasan feedback/review dari customer)

Requirements / Kualifikasi:

  • Ability to use hair styling tools (straightener, hairdryer, etc.) is a strong advantage(Bisa menggunakan catokan, hairdryer, dan alat styling rambut menjadi nilai plus)

  • Previous experience as Customer Service is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome(Berpengalaman sebagai Customer Service lebih disukai, lulusan baru dipersilakan melamar)

  • Proactive, a good team player, and empathetic(Inisiatif, bisa kerja sama tim, dan memiliki empati)

  • 20-28 years old(Usia 20-28 tahun)
